Circle of Security

Circle of Security ® Parenting (COS-P) is an evidence-based parenting programme that helps caregivers strengthen their relationship with their child by helping them:

Understand their child's behaviour as a communication of underlying needs and feelings.

Recognise and respond to cues for connection, reassurance and support.

Be a "secure base" from which a child can explore and a "safe haven" for them to return to when distressed.
